Once your booking secured an invoice is sent.
Virtual Call
Once your spot is secured, a zoom link will be provided before our meeting where we can go through your questions.
Squarespace support pricing & payment
We believe in fair and transparent pricing, so we charge based on our hourly rate of £80/hour.
So we are offering quick help sessions, if you are stuck on something or need help with a specific issue. These quick help session are for 30 minutes with a flat rate fee of £40.

How long will the session take?
The session will typically last 30 minutes. During the booking process, we require a link to your Squarespace site and list of questions is sent over. Before the scheduled meeting, a zoom link is sent to you.
If I secure for session, what is the cost?
In order to book a slot, you will need to make a full payment of £40. Payment is in Pounds Sterling and you can make payment via Credit cards or Paypal.
What exactly is included in the session?
30 minutes to answer your questions with regards to Squarespace Designs, Search Engine Optimsation, Third Party Plugin Integrations, Mobile Responsives, Databases Integrations, Besopken development, coding, custom CSS and more.
Is payment refundable?
Yes payment is refundable based on certain timelimits
100% of the payment will be refunded 14 days prior to the scheduled session date.
50% of the payment will be refunded 14 days prior to the scheduled session date.
Within 24 hours of the scheduled session date, the payment will not be refunded.
What happens after booking a quick help session?
Once you have booked your quick help session, I will review the information you have provided via the booking form such as the website link and questions. Just before the scheduled meeting, a zoom link to our online meeting will be sent to you.
Can I change my scheduled call date after I have booked?
You can reschedule your quick help session date, however, the refund policy will apply.
