The Process

Book a free discovery call

This will assist both of us in gaining clarity on your technical website requirements and visual presentation goals. In essence, it will define what functionalities you desire your website to possess and how you envision its appearance.

Clarify special requirements

After reviewing your submission, if any clarification is required during the free discovery call, we will address any potential uncertainties that may have arisen from your submission. This will ensure that any issues are resolved and understood before moving forward.

Quotation Fees

Once we have reached a consensus on your requirements and vision, we will proceed to determine the design fees for the project, which will also encompass the payment terms.

Payment Schedule

The design fees for the project will be divided into three payment/release installments. The breakdown is as follows:

  1. 50% deposit to initiate the design process.

  2. 25% deposit upon presentation of the first website draft.

  3. 25% final payment just prior to the website's launch.

Website Asset Gathering

This process entails gathering the necessary elements to fulfill your website's technical and design requirements. These elements encompass website text/copy, images, and branding assets such as logos, colors, and mood boards. While it is not always mandatory to have all the content prepared before beginning, we will identify the essential core content based on the project's needs. Additional assets can be incorporated as the design progresses. We will provide guidance on the formats and technical aspects involved throughout this process.

Design and build commencement

Once we have obtained the necessary content, we will initiate the design preparation phase, followed by the implementation of design elements and features. Your website will be constructed on the Squarespace platform.

Revisions, tweaks and website launch

Within approximately a week of receiving the content, you will be presented with the initial draft of the website.

At this stage, you will be responsible for paying the Squarespace subscription fee. Additionally, we will assist in purchasing/connecting your domain name and setting up your business email.

You will have the opportunity to provide feedback and request revisions during three rounds of revisions, allowing for fine-tuning and adjustments. If necessary, we will also acquire any required stock photos and videos during this phase.

Throughout the entire design process, we will be available for consultations via phone, email, and chat.

To ensure a smooth transition, we offer 7 days of free post-launch support. During this time, you be will provide website maintenance tutorials, address any inquiries, and offer guidance as needed.
